What we collect
- Data you send us on purpose: name and email (contact form), email (newsletter).
- Limited technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, for security, anti-spam, and audience measurement.
- We do not ask for account passwords on this site. We do not sell personal data.
What we use it for
- To answer contact messages.
- To send the newsletter if you subscribe.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
Legal bases: your consent (forms and newsletter) and our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and measuring the site.
Newsletter
The newsletter is handled with Infomaniak. You can unsubscribe from every email. See Infomaniak’s own terms and privacy policy for that service (here).
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to produce anonymous or pseudonymous statistics on traffic (pages viewed, approximate geography, device type). Google may set cookies or similar identifiers and process data on servers outside Switzerland, including in the United States, under Google’s terms.
How Google uses this information is described here. You can also limit this in your browser settings. We do not use Analytics to build a public profile of you or to sell advertising audiences from this site.
Contact form
Messages go to us so we can reply. We keep them only as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable follow-up, unless the law requires longer.
AI Weather widgets
If you visit this site, the weather wall and demo widgets load from our servers (including weather.controltowerai.io). That request is a normal page load: technical logs may include IP and browser data for security and operations.
If you embed a widget on your website, your visitors’ browsers request the widget from our servers. We receive that technical request. We do not receive your site’s user accounts, comments, or form contents through the widget. Site owners who embed the widget should mention in their own privacy information that content is loaded from ControlTowerAI.
We do not use the widget embed to run Google Analytics on third-party host pages.
Retention
Contact and newsletter data: only as long as needed for the purpose, or until you ask us to delete it, unless a longer period is required by law. Server and security logs: a limited technical period. Analytics: according to the tool’s configured retention.
Your rights
Under applicable law, including the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for the newsletter.

Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect our legal rights. Hosting, newsletter, and analytics providers process data only as needed to provide their service.
